In my session, I will present: 1. Practical strategies to prevent burnout, inspire teams with purpose, and drive real product impact without chaos. 2. Proven focus techniques, energized leadership habits, and methods to align teams around meaningful work. 3. Real-world examples, tactical frameworks, and actionable insights that can be applied immediately. Whether you're leading a scrappy startup or navigating a complex enterprise environment, this session will help you work smarter, lead with clarity, and build great products without the risk of burnout. Engineering the Future: Agile for Hardware with MAHD(TM)
By: Vishal Sheth
Category: Product Management | Target Audience: Entrepreneurs | Format: Presentation
Developing physical products that integrate hardware, software, and firmware is uniquely challenging. Unlike software, physical products can't be easily "updated" in the field. Teams must navigate long procurement lead times, high production costs, and multi-disciplinary collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, software, and procurement. Traditional Waterfall methods dominate because many Agile approaches, designed for software, fail to address these realities, leaving hardware teams stuck with inefficient, often chaotic processes. The Modified Agile for Hardware Development (MAHD) Framework bridges this gap. Since 2017, MAHD has been successfully implemented in over 100 hardware organizations, leading to transformational outcomes - faster time-to-market, seamless cross-functional collaboration, accelerated learning cycles, reduced risk, effective customer feedback loops for early concept validation and precise feature prioritization. MAHD Evangelists Dorian and Vishal will share key elements of the MAHD Framework that help hardware organizations achieve competitive, technical, and organizational success. Peruse what MAHD is all about at http://mahdframework.com.

Introducing AIX: A Framework for AI Experience Design
By: Jake McKee
Category: Product Management, User Experience | Target Audience: Essentials | Format: Presentation
AI is quickly becoming a core layer of modern digital products—but we're building it without a shared language for experience design. Product managers are deploying AI-powered features that are powerful, but often opaque, unpredictable, or misaligned with user expectations. The result? Confused customers, eroded trust, and missed opportunities to turn intelligence into value. This talk introduces AIX: AI Experience Design, a new framework for designing intentional, human-centered interactions with AI. Just as UX helped shape how we build interfaces for clarity and usability, AIX offers a way to shape how users experience, interpret, and feel about AI in your product. It's not just about explaining what the model does—it's about designing the relationship between the system and the human. If AI is the engine, AIX is the steering wheel. It's time we design it on purpose.

We'll walk through external forces like market trends, regulation, and technology shifts (using a PESTLE-based framework) to show how to connect the dots and define a clear A→B path. You'll leave with a new way to think, talk, and lead like a strategic product thinker—plus a framework to apply immediately.
Retiring Products and Features - The Less Glamorous Side of Product Management
By: Piotr Kaminski
Category: Product Management | Target Audience: Essentials | Format: Presentation
Everyone loves to launch new and exciting features using the latest technology. However, especially with large, legacy products, a cleanup is also important - and has a lot of benefits like: - Simplifying the product portfolio - Creating a significantly better version of the product that requires major technology or UX changes - Reducing the support and documentation cost of supporting multiple versions of the same functionality - Reducing the bug and security attack surface by making it easier to maintain code - Making it easier to test every release by reducing configuration and case permutations This talk will focus on the process of retiring existing products, features and APIs - which is sometimes equally complex (or more!) than a go to market approach for a new ones.

Drawing from experiences at Salesforce and Yahoo's Mail Intelligence team, I'll explore how PMs can translate backend architecture into product strategy, assess trade-offs, and work cross-functionally with engineering to build AI products that truly scale. If you're a PM looking to deepen your technical intuition and drive smarter infra-product decisions, this session is for you.
All are welcome! Whether you are trying to break into the product world (product, ux, ui, data, dev, marketing, etc.) or are a seasoned veteran, we can all learn from one another!
